Buying
a property at Santa Ana del Monte (otherwise known as Jumilla Golf & Country
Club), couldn't be easier. Below, we have outlined the simple payment structure
that has been set by the developer of this excellent resort.
• An initial €3,000 will
be needed for the reservation fee. (This money will be then subtracted from
the
30% down-payment).
• Then a down-payment of 30% will
need to be paid within a month of reservation (less €3000 reservation
fee).
• A final payment of 70% will
need to be paid on completion (cash or mortgage).
• All payments are bank guaranteed for peace of mind.
• The first phase of the development is due to be completed in 2007.
